Brie Bites with Jam

These flaky, buttery brie bites with jam are the perfect sweet-savory appetizer. Melty cheese paired with fruit jam in puff pastry delivers a rich, elegant flavor with a festive presentation. They’re ideal for holidays or cocktail parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into cubes

  • 1/4 cup fruit jam (e.g. raspberry, fig, apricot)

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • Chopped nuts (optional: pecans or walnuts)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cut puff pastry into 12 small squares.

  • Place each square into a mini muffin tin.

  • Add a cube of brie and a small spoonful of jam.

  • Top with chopped nuts if using.

  • Brush pastry edges with egg wash.

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

 

  • Cool slightly before serving.
