200g graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
2 packages (8 oz each / ~450g total) cream cheese, softened
200g white chocolate, melted
1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup (90g) Snickers bars, chopped
1/2 cup (75g) strawberries, chopped (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup (90g) Snickers bars, chopped
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Whipped cream (optional)
Caramel sauce for drizzling (optional)
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
Press the mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Add sour cream, heavy cream, and sugar. Beat until smooth.
Stir in melted white chocolate (slightly cooled).
Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each. Add vanilla extract.
Fold in chopped Snickers and strawberries.
Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 55–60 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake rest inside for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and cool completely. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
Before serving, top with chopped Snickers, strawberries, caramel drizzle, and whipped cream (if using).
Make sure all filling ingredients are at room temperature for a smooth batter.
Don’t overmix or overbake — it can cause cracks and a dry texture.
Cheesecake is best after chilling overnight.
You can substitute strawberries with raspberries or blackberries.
For a no-bake version, chill the crust and filling instead of baking.
