Snickers Strawberry Cheesecake is a rich and indulgent dessert that layers a buttery graham cracker crust with a creamy, tangy cheesecake filling loaded with chopped Snickers bars and fresh strawberries. Topped with even more chocolatey, nutty goodness and sweet berries, it’s perfect for special occasions or whenever you want to treat yourself.

Crust:

  • 200g (7 oz) graham cracker crumbs

  • 100g (3.5 oz) melted butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 600g (21 oz) cream cheese, room temperature

  • 200g (7 oz) sour cream

  • 100g (3.5 oz) powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 200ml (7 fl oz) heavy cream

  • 10 Snickers bars, chopped

  • 100g (3.5 oz) fresh strawberries, chopped

  • 1 tbsp gelatin (optional, for a firmer texture)

Topping:

  • 4 Snickers bars, chopped

  • 100g (3.5 oz) fresh strawberries, sliced

Optional Garnishes:

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Crushed peanuts or caramel drizzle

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • Mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar in a bowl until combined.

  • Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.

  • Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely.

2. Make the Filling

  • Beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cheese mixture.

  • Gently fold in chopped Snickers and strawberries. Add gelatin if using.

  • Pour over the cooled crust and smooth the top.

3. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Add the Toppings

 

  • Top with remaining Snickers and strawberry slices. Garnish as desired.

Notes

  • For a no-bake version, skip baking the crust and use gelatin to help set the filling.

 

  • You can use mini molds or jars for individual servings.
