Crust:
200g (7 oz) graham cracker crumbs
100g (3.5 oz) melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Filling:
600g (21 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
200g (7 oz) sour cream
100g (3.5 oz) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200ml (7 fl oz) heavy cream
10 Snickers bars, chopped
100g (3.5 oz) fresh strawberries, chopped
1 tbsp gelatin (optional, for a firmer texture)
Topping:
4 Snickers bars, chopped
100g (3.5 oz) fresh strawberries, sliced
Optional Garnishes:
Fresh mint leaves
Crushed peanuts or caramel drizzle
1. Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar in a bowl until combined.
Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely.
2. Make the Filling
Beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cheese mixture.
Gently fold in chopped Snickers and strawberries. Add gelatin if using.
Pour over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
3. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Add the Toppings
Top with remaining Snickers and strawberry slices. Garnish as desired.
For a no-bake version, skip baking the crust and use gelatin to help set the filling.
You can use mini molds or jars for individual servings.
